Upcoming Posts

After a flurry of activity in March, I've been working on a few themes for future posts without actually posting any articles. This post is a teaser for upcoming articles I'll be publishing throughout April and May.

Maths and puzzles - I'll be wrapping up my series from the Mathemagic book with one final puzzle called Magic Hexagons. I've taken the original problem and extended it - and over-reached, as I can't find a solution for the problem I've generated!

I'll also be looking at some older puzzles from when I was at school -puzzles which I've never taken the time to solve and which have pestered me ever since.

On the web analytics front, I intend to revisit multi-variate testing, recapping the basic principles of MVT and extending this to four-variable MVT and three factor MVT (when there are three options for each variable in a test). This is less common than two-factor MVT but is extremely powerful when it's used.

The Mathemagic Series:

Arrange nine coins in ten straight lines
Solve 1/a + 1/b + 1/c = 1  for unique a, b, c
Magic Triangles
and the slightly more complex Magic Hexagons
